Bluewolf.  Fearless individuals.  Delivering peerless results.

Bluewolf is about blowing the hinges off all the things that traditionally haven’t worked right in IT. Whether it’s over-priced, ill-thought out project implementation, unsuitable staffing or insecure Remote DBA.

Bluewolf has proven its value in coming up with better solutions – ones trusted above all others by leading blue chips.  And that hasn’t happened by accident – but through the unique character of our team members.

You can spot a Bluewolf. They’re innovative, entrepreneurial. But most of all, unafraid.

They’re not afraid to step outside existing methodologies to find things that work better.  Or scared of speaking simply - to make complex solutions comprehensible to clients at all levels.

They’re more focused on outcomes than spec sheets.  Relish transparency, accountability and project “nimbleness”.

They’re happy to have nowhere to hide.

These standout individuals have created a standout culture.  One that embraces the positive advantages not just of social diversity but of diverse approaches to problem-solving and strategy.  One that helps the wider community.  (Bluewolf philanthropy.)  One born of the individuality and intelligence of our people.

[Philanthropy]

We want to give as good as we get.

Some companies draw a heavy line between the cut-throat world of work and the times you can be charitable.

But the Bluewolf ethos is about being generous with ideas, collaborative in our approach and driven by a wish to empower those we come in contact with.

That’s what works best for us and our clients.  It gets jobs done better and faster. And make’s everyone’s life more rewarding. So our people take the same approach outside work too.

That’s why social responsibility has been a central part of the Bluewolf culture since its inception. Our mission is to have every member of the Bluewolf team dedicate time and resources to improve the communities in which we live.

We dedicate hundred of hours of community service to local organizations.  We also discount our rates for all not-for-profit organizations in need of resources.

Here are just a few ways we’re helping:

Bluewolf’s Literacy Commitment.  Literacy is perhaps the most important economic tool any child can be given.  That’s why Bluewolf employees volunteer on a monthly basis at a Harlem Community Center as part of the Dunlevy Millbank Center’s Child Literacy Program.

Bluewolf Student Safety Initiative.  Bluewolf conducted a six-month pro bono project that rolled out an on-demand student tracking system to 25 schools in the NYC Board of Education’s Autonomy Zone.

Bluewolf Homeless Outreach.  Out team members regularly help those suffering homelessness in New York – not simply by serving lunches.  But by helping provide assistance of far greater long-term value. Including job services training at Grand Central Neighborhood Social Services.

If yours is a not-for-profit business, and wish to take advantage of the discounted services Bluewolf provides to help your organization leverage On Demand technology, contact us.

[CRM]

Bluewolf CRM.

Because an off-the-shelf implementation

Fits as badly as an off the shelf suit.

Some companies think a CRM implementation will answer all their problems.

But smart ones know that the implementer matters as much as the implementation.

The problem is this: Half of all CRM projects fail. That’s not our estimate – it’s the Gartner Group’s. And by fail they mean that clients pay big for projects that end up significantly over-budget, behind schedule – or unfit for purpose. Sometimes all three.

Bluewolf implementations don’t fail.  For one simple reason: our first focus isn’t on getting your signature on a contract.  It’s on understanding the outcomes you need to achieve. Identifying the resource commitment necessary to support an ongoing, living CRM initiative and then putting in place tangible, verifiable Success Criteria to deliver the outcomes you need.

The difference isn’t one of packaging.  It’s one of substance.  From small business to enterprise, Bluewolf delivers success through a commitment to Agile Frameworks (link to Bluewolf Difference).  Ensuring the full lifecycle of components necessary for successful CRM rollout in a timely manner that’s structured to deliver rapid functionality and ongoing checks and balances. So rollout remains in sync with your needs and expectations.

In an industry infamous for over promise and under delivery, Bluewolf doesn’t ask for your trust.  Our Customer Success Guarantee™  (link to the Bluewolf Difference)ensures if we fail to deliver, we feel the pain, not you.  And that in itself is a revolution.

Bluewolf now has over 1,000 successful CRM implementations under our belt.  For the sort of customers who respect quality processes more than airy promises.

These include:  ADP, DuPont, Citizens Bank, Standard and Poors, The Hartford, The Tibet House, The Tribeca Film Festival, FOX, Business Week, and The Salesforce.com

The Salesforce.com implementation at Mpower is largely viewed as the most successful IT project ... That success is due to the seamless and synergistic working relationship that Mpower had with ... the Bluewolf team."

Kenn Neeley, Sr. Project Manager, Mpower Communications
